What we do...

Patrick Marsolek  is the current director of Inner Workings Resources. I am currently focusing on intuitive research and practice, including teaching Remote Viewing workshops, exploring trance, writing and researching on consciousness and leading field trips to ancient sites in Montana. I am also continuing to work with an archaeologist on archaeological sites with intuitives. Though I've been actively involved in my own consciousness exploration for 20 years, it is through my connection with Raymond Worring that my interests expanded to include intuition, archaeology and geology, and anomalous phenomena. I worked with Ray from 1991 to 1998 and am grateful for the numberous people that he introduced me to and the many ways he sparked my own path of exploration. It is my understanding that the search for inner knowledge, the workings of the subconscious and spirit dovetails with the search for our past and our evolution towards the future. The inner and outer discovery are highly complementary.

Patrick Marsolek

My work with the Inner Workings Resources (which began as the Investigative Research Field Station under the guidance of Ray Worring) represents a combination of many personal interests, as well as a natural extension of my own spiritual quest. The human Relations and Life Skills that I bring to the IRFS include: research development and implementation, including archival research processes and computer databasing; spiritual development and personal growth processes; professional musician - use of sound, toning and music to facilitate the techniques of personal growth; accomplished craftsman - woodworking, metalworking , ceramics, textiles, and lapidary; facilitator of men's groups - using council techniques, drumming and vocalization.

My personal practice has included meditation, with time spent in India, chanting, yoga, voice training, visualization techniques and african-style hand-drumming, self-hypnosis and neuro-linguistic programming.

While these have been ongoing explorations of creativity, I made my living as a chef, then by developing and implementing Drum Brothers Drums, and then as an independent contractor, building and remodeling homes. Currently I am a practicing Hypnotherapist. I have written some articles on spirituality and consciousness (See Publications), and am working to finish a several books, including a guide to sensory awareness and intuition, and a self-hypnosis manual. Of course there are more in the works...I was working on a secret history with Raymond Worring based on themes explored in the Investigative Research Field Station.Who knows, that book may eventually find it's way into press..
