In the self-hypnosis class you
will learn through in-class exercises and homework how to go
in and out of hypnosis, easily and naturally. You will learn
how to use that hypnotic state to give yourself your own carefully
tailored auto-suggestionsfor losing weight, having a healthy
relationship with food, and being emotionally healthy and balanced.
You will create your own suggestions to create the changes that
fit you. Self-hypnosis is very powerful tool that you can use
effectively for the rest of your life.
This class will focus on:
Experiencing Hypnosis - Recognize your individual experience
and learn to trust it through in class exercises and guided group sessions.
Dispel false beliefs, fears or expectations.
Learn the Mechanics of Self-hypnosis - Induction Techniques,
Deepenings, Awakening.
Learn to use Autosuggestions - Choosing a focus for
learning Self-hypnosis. Developing effective suggestions. Owning and
empowering your suggestions. Working Autosuggestions into hypnosis.
Practice - Improve knowledge of hypnotic experience.
Refine preferred techniques. Refine Autosuggestions.
Continuing self-awareness and learning - Work on personal
belief systems, fear, expectations, hopes, etc. Begin to apply self-hypnotic
understanding to other areas.
