- Hypnotherapy is the use of therapeutic techniques while
in a natural hypnotic state of mind. It is an effective, rapid,
and inexpensive form of holistic therapy. As reported in Alternative
Medicine - the definitive guide - 93% of patients using hypnotherapy
reported success within 6 sessions!
An enormous body of clinical and research experience
has demonstrated the power of hypnosis to give people significantly
enhanced control of virtually every aspect of physical and
psychological functioning. - James Gordon, M.D., Director
of the Center of Mind/Body Medicine
Not only is hypnotherapy a short-term, inexpensive and
highly successful method of handling all sorts of problems,
but it is also self-empowering. You are part of the healing
process.

What is Hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of mind
that is used theraputically for knowledge, healing, insight,
relaxation, and creativity.
We spontaneously experience this state many times in our
lives: right before or after sleep, while daydreaming, or
while relaxing and forgetting ourselves.
Hypnosis accesses the subconscious mind. Through the subconscious
we can skillfully engineer changes in our emotions, imagination,
memory, automatic body functions, habits and intuition.
In hypnosis you always act in accordance with your own
beliefs and principles. You are always in control. You learn
to trust what is exactly right for you.
Hypnosis can be a very personal, profound experience. You
can discover a deep sense of physical relaxation while your
mind remains active and alert.

Benefits of Hypnosis
Hypnosis is naturally relaxing and
is a great natural stress reducer.
Hypnosis can relieve and even cure phobias and allergies
as well as helping to remove fear and pain.
Hypnosis can improve reflexes, coordination and performance.
Hypnosis has been proven to be highly effective for smoking
cessation and overeating.
Hypnosis is used to heighten creativity, intuition, memory,
and concentration.
Hypnosis can provide new insights and inspiration for ongoing
personal or spiritual practices including: Yoga, Tai Chi
and other Martial Arts.
Hypnosis is a learned skill that stays with you. With self-hypnosis,
you can apply this natural state to creatively and effectively
face personal challenges as they arise.
-
Where to start?
Hypnosis provides very fast, long-lasting
improvements in a short amount of time. Unlike traditional
therapies which do not access the subconscious mind directly,
hypnosis can achieve significant results in just a few sessions.
Hypnosis is effective for relatively minor issues, major
concerns, taking on new challenges, or simply to increase
your own self-awareness and well being. Regardless of your
need, you can experience the relaxation, the clarity of
mind, and other benefits of this natural state of being.
