When I focus on the image and breath, I feel my heart rate go up. It's not uncomfortable, but it's also not relaxing. It's energizing. I feel my awareness shift to my auditory senses and get a feeling of a presence, or activity.

This was a fun one. An ocean with life in it. Whales and large fish. Not so intuitive just what I immediately saw when I first looked at the pictograph - Debby

Drops of blood, brutal battle near or in a river, lots of arrows shot at each other, death, tally card of kills - Kathy
